Hi! My name is Cody Flesher and I have been a residential REALTOR® since 2015. I am beyond excited and proud to be a part of an amazing brokerage at Royal Lepage Sterling.
As a REALTOR®, I've been involved in a wide range of transactions, from apartments and townhomes to million-dollar listings and everything in between. Being recognized as a top agent has always been one of my goals, and after a few years of hard work, I earned Medallion Club status in 2018, an award given to the top 10% of agents in the Lower Mainland. I’ve continued to achieve that recognition each year since. In 2025, I was also part of a President’s Club award-winning team, recognized among the top 1% in the Lower Mainland, as well as the top 1% across Canada with Royal LePage.
I work throughout the Lower Mainland, from Downtown Vancouver to Maple Ridge and everywhere in between. I was born and raised in Port Moody, bought my first home in Coquitlam, and now live in Port Coquitlam with my wife, our young daughter and son, and our golden doodle, Rosie. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find us at local parks, sports fields, out on the trails riding bikes, or sneaking in the occasional round of golf.
I’m known for being driven, approachable, and straightforward. My goal is simple: to make sure you feel comfortable, informed, and confident every step of the way.
